Welfare @NCL
Welfare encompasses everything that NCL does to meet the personal and social requirements of its members with a view to enhancing their over all well-being. It involves recognising and developing each member as a total and unique person in the context of NCL.
NCL’s welfare strategy and impletation is the responsibility of the Welfare Advisory Committee, under the NCL welfare director’s portfolio.
Welfare@NCL aims to provide our members with first class advice arising from enquiries made through our text messaging service, and we aim to signpost members to relevant services to assist them where we cannot.
